Cuba and Venezuela are the only other non-member countries in the hemisphere.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cbr\/\u003E\u003Cbr\/\u003E\u003Cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003EOn Nov. 12, days after the re-election of Ortega and wife and Vice President Rosario Murillo, 25 OAS member states \u2014 notably excluding Mexico, Honduras, and Belize \u2014 condemned the election as fraudulent and unfree.
